English Breakfast tea (loose leaf or in a tea bag)

dark brown sugar

Instructions
Bring the water to a rolling boil in a kettle or in a large pot on the stove.
Add the brown sugar to the boiled water and stir until dissolved completely.
Add the tea and steep for four minutes, or until desired strength is reached.
Allow the tea to cool before adding the juice from half of a lemon.
Slice the remainder of the lemon and add to the pitcher of iced tea, or add to individual glasses when serving.

Notes
The iced tea will keep for 2 - 3 days in the fridge.
