Eggless Dill Dip Mayonnaise
This Dill Dip Mayonnaise is perfect for appetizers if you need that little extra zing.

- 1/4 cup milk 2%
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1/2 tbsp dill dried
Add the milk, canola oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and dijon mustard in a large measuring cup and blend with the immersion blender until well-combined.
Add the lemon juice and dried dill and blend again until smooth.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
