Chocolate Protein Balls
A delicious sweet snack that is packed full of protein!

- 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup milled flax seed
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup oats quick cooking
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Add all of the ingredients to a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
Mix until smooth and all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
Scoop 1-2 tbsp size portions and roll into balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
