This recipe only requires seven ingredients and either a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl.

You’ll start by adding all of your ingredients into your stand mixer or bowl and stir together until all the ingredients are well combined.

Next, you’ll scoop the dough into one-tablespoon-sized portions and roll it into balls.

This recipe doesn’t require any baking time, so the balls can go directly into an airtight storage container and will keep in the fridge for up to five days!

Chocolate Protein Balls

Protein Powder

I spent years testing out different protein powders to add more protein to my diet. I often found that traditional whey protein powders upset my stomach and had a strange taste. I tried out so many different vegan protein powders and never found one that I loved up until I discovered the Beyond Yourself brand. I love that this brand doesn’t have any chalky taste and blends smoothly into smoothies, drinks, and recipes such as these Chocolate Protein Balls. The taste is so great too!

For this recipe, I use the Brownie Batter flavour. I’ve been able to find it at most local supplement stores, but you can get it on Amazon too!
