- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add all of the salad ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
- In a measuring cup or mason jar, add all of the dressing ingredients and whisk vigorously until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
