How to make Chewy Cadbury Micro Mini Egg Cookies
Start by getting out your stand mixer and mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Add in the egg, vanilla, and milk. Mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined
Add the dry ingredients to the stand mixer with wet ingredients and mix.
Gently add in the Cadbury micro mini eggs to the cookie dough in the stand mixer.
Detach the bowl from the stand mixer and use a spatula to fold in the Cadbury micro mini eggs.
Form the cookie dough into 24 balls and place onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets, spread evenly apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.

Chewy Cadbury Micro Mini Egg Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp 2% milk (any percentage of dairy milk will work)
- 1 1/2 cups white all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Cadbury micro mini eggs (90 gram bag)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix together the sugars and butter in a stand mixer.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
- Gently stir in the Cadbury micro mini eggs.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop 24 portions onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes
